K2 Hardside Skis 2011: At 98mm underfoot, the Hardside is the narrowest ski built with the Hybritech sidewall construction for a smooth and stable ride from powder through crud. The new All Terrain Rocker allows for more versatility on the mountain with the floatation and predictability needed in the wide open slopes and the quick movement needed for chutes. However, it’s designed for skiers who’s off piste playgrounds consist more of cut up crud and firm snow than bottomless pow, so K2 gave it the All- Terrain Rocker for versatility, and a powerful metal laminate construction for precision, stability, and edge hold.
